Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the US. Free shipping is available on all orders over $200.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Return shipping is free for US orders.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
Our pieces are designed for everyday wear, but we recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming, or applying perfume to extend their life.
What materials do you use?
We use 14K gold-plated brass, sterling silver, and high-quality cubic zirconia. All materials are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Every order arrives in our signature Lumière & Co. gift packaging at no extra charge.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Store pieces in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Clean with a soft cloth. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions when possible.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be modified.
